I discovered this tea while out for dinner at an amazing Italian place called “Angelina Osteria” in Los Angeles. I was thrilled to be served a cup of tea with this very cool little stick in it. It’s a sleek, perforated metal package, filled with very high quality tea.
And while nothing beats loose leaf tea, this stick is a good alternative when you don’t have the time to make a pot or are on the go. A nice feature of the design is that the leaves inside get lots of surface area, and the tea steeps really fast. You can definitely reuse the stick a few times, depending on how strong you like your tea.
